The following Terms and Conditions regulate the terms of providing accommodation by the Stone Art Guest House (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Guest House”) to Client (“Clients”, “Guest”, “Guests”, “You”, “Your”, “Their”). The Guest House and the Client are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties”.

1. Reservation

By booking a room at Stone Art Guest House through Our website You confirm that You are authorized to do so on behalf of all persons named in the booking and You acknowledge that all members of Your party agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. When Your booking has been made, a confirmation letter will be send to You by email using the email address that You have provided. You should carefully check the details of Your confirmation as soon as You receive it. You must contact Stone Art Guest House immediately if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete. We will always endeavor to rectify any inaccuracies or accommodate any alterations You wish to make to Your booking. We do not accept liability for any inaccuracies that are not brought to Our attention within 7 days of issuing Your confirmation. We do not accept responsibility for inaccurate information that You have provided Us with.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Guests may check in between 14:00 and 22:00. Earlier or later arrivals are possible by prior arrangement only. If prior arrangements have not been made and You do not arrive by 22:00, We are entitled to treat it as a “no-show”. Your booking will be cancelled and We have the right to re-let your room. Departing Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 12:00 pm.

3. Payments

Your reservation is considered confirmed after You receive confirmation in writing by email from Stone Art Guest House within 24 hours after the reservation request is received by Us. When Your reservation is confirmed on Our side, You will be issued an invoice. A deposit payment of 30% of the total price is required to secure Your reservation. Within 7 days from the date the invoice was issued, You are required to make the deposit payment by bank transfer (the copy of the payment slip should be emailed to Us). If the deposit payment is not received by Us within 7 days from the invoice issue, the reservation is automatically considered cancelled. For individual reservations (up to 4 people), full payment must be made 7 days prior to check-in. For group reservations (5 people and more), full payment must be made 30 days prior to check-in. If You fail to submit the full payment within the required period, the reservation will automatically be considered cancelled and the deposit (30% of the total price) will not be reimbursed.

4. Cancellation Policies

In order to avoid cancellation and/or non-arrival charges, Guests should observe Stone Art Guest House’s cancellation policies. For individual reservations (up to 4 people), no cancellation fees are applied and the deposit is fully reimbursed if the reservation is cancelled 24 hours before check-in. For group reservations (5 people and more), no cancellation fees are applied and the deposit is fully refunded if the reservation is cancelled 20 days before check-in.

If You fail to cancel the reservation in advance and comply with our cancellation policies, the deposit (30% of total price) will not be reimbursed.

In all instances, notification of cancellation/amendments to reservation must be submitted in writing by email (booking@stoneart.am) and will be effective after Stone Art Guest House confirms it in writing by email.

Amendments are subject to availability and those made within the cancellation period may be subject to cancellation fees.

If You fail to check in (“no-show”), the full payment will be retained.

For all cancellation/amendments inquiries, You will be required to provide a reference number (can be found on the invoice) of Your reservation in Your cancellation request email.

5. Early check-in / Late check-out

Please note that early check-in and/or late check-out should be arranged in advance (submitted in writing by email) and is subject to availability. In case of early check-in until 2:00 am, a full price for 1 night will be charged. In case of early check-in after 2:00 am, 50% of the 1 night price will be charged. In case of late check-out until 6:00 pm, 50% of the 1 night price will be charged. In case of late check-out after 6 pm, a full price for 1 night will be charged.

6. Cancellations and changes made by Stone Art Guest House

The Stone Art Guest House reserves the right to cancel the reservation if providing accommodation to Guests becomes impossible due to circumstances outside Guest House’s control (including but no limited to: if the entire Guest House or any part of it is closed due to circumstances outside Guest House’s control; if the Client gets involved in criminal activities; etc.).

If a guest or a member of Your party behaves in a way that causes or is likely to cause danger, upset or distress to a third party or to Stone Art Guest House or its property, We are entitled, without prior notice, to curtail the stay and request that the person(s) concerned leave the Guest House. No refunds or return travel arrangements will be made and We will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of such a curtailment.

7. Force Majeure

Stone Art Guest House and its Clients shall carry no liability in cases of force majeure circumstances (including but not limited to terror acts, government or official procedures, war, strikes, epidemics, quarantine, natural disaster, etc.), which the Parties could not foresee and/or control.

8. Client’s Use of the Guest House / Damage

The Client is responsible for any damage caused to Guest House property, furnishings, fittings or equipment, or by any member of their party, sub-contractor or guests. The Guest House will require immediate payment to remedy any damage caused. All Clients must comply with the regulations of the Guest House, whether internal or enforced by third parties.

The Client cannot hand over a room to third party person(s), even if the period for which the Client paid has not yet expired. Persons who are not checked in at the Guest House may stay in a Guest House room from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Conduct of guests and persons using services of the Guest House should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The Guest House may refuse to render services to a person violating the above rules.

The Guest House may refuse to accept the Guests who grossly violated the Guest House rules and regulations during Their last stay by damaging the Guest House’s or other Guests’ property or by inflicting damage on other Guests, Guest House employees or other persons staying at the Guest House or in other way violated the stay of other Guests or the functioning of the Guest House.

The Guest should notify the Guest House’s reception desk immediately upon noticing any damage.

When leaving the room, Guests are expected to check whether the door is properly locked. Loss of a room card/key is subject to an extra charge of 1000 AMD. The Guest House’s Guest bears financial liability for damaging or destroying the Guest House’s equipment and technical devices due to Their fault or due to the fault of their visitors. Room heaters, electric irons and other similar devices which are not a part of the house room equipment are not allowed to be used inside the rooms due to the fire safety.

9. Additional/Special Requests

All additional or special requests should be submitted in writing by email at the time of reservation or within 7 days after the reservation is confirmed. All additional or special requests are subject to availability and We cannot guarantee the provision for additional/special requests.

10. Medical Conditions

If You or any member of Your party has a medical condition or disability which may affect Your or their stay, please contact Us by email to advise Us so that We can make a provision for the particular needs of the person(s) concerned, or advise You if We are unable to make such provision. If details are not provided to Us at the time of reservation or within 7 days after the reservation is confirmed, the Guest House reserves the right to cancel the reservation should it be unable to make appropriate provision for a specific need or needs.

11. Smoking

Stone Art Guest House has a strict non-smoking policy. Breaching this term will result in a penalty charge of 50000 Armenian drams.

12. Pets

The Guest House does not accept Guests traveling with pets.

13. Accuracy of Information on This Website

While We endeavor to ensure the information available on this website is as accurate as possible, there will inevitably be instances where information may be incorrect or out of date. It is always advisable to check specific details that may be relevant to Your reservation prior to making that reservation.

We reserve the right to amend or remove all or any part of the information available on this website at any time and do not accept any responsibility for keeping copies or any amended or deleted information.

14. Changes to the Current Terms and Conditions

The Guest House reserves the right to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Guest House guarantees that no changes/amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be applied after the Guest House received a copy of these Terms and Conditions signed by the Client.

14. Dispute Resolution

All disputes, which may arise out of the present Terms and Conditions or in connection with it, should be settled through negotiations between the Stone Art Guest House and the Client(s). If the Parties fail to come to an agreement, all disputes should be resolved according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
